| Is there going to be an upgrade soon for Render Pro? Right now CX is rendering the benchmark file almost twice as fast as render pro with half the cpu's. Mac Pro, Quad-Core Intel Xeon, 3GHz, 8 CPUs, 4GB Memory. |

Yes there will be but I can't say how soon. We've got the changes made for a 5.1 RenderPro but the updaters have some problems we're still working out.

I wonder how some users see improved speeds with renderpro 5.1 and others like me and choada see worse speeds (my renderpro 5.1 renders with 4 cores but is as slow as with only one :-(
