Has anyone else experienced Strata CX 7.04 crashing when suspending and also suspending and continue rendering? It didn't use to give me a problem, but lately it seems to be doing all the time.
If this ever happens, a crash log would be useful. Is there a particular file that is causing the problem or multiple files? If there is a suspended rendering that causes crashing having that would be useful.
It seems to be happening with different files. I could send you a file that is crashing. The strange thing is that if I leave it to render, it will finish fine or if I create a suspended file from start and render it, it will finish, I just can't suspend in the middle. How can I save a crash log report?
If there is a persistent file crashing, the repeatability is the key to figuring out what's going on. If you are on OSX it should present you with a crash dialog that contains the crash data. If it happens again, simply copy all that data and send it to me via email. I can then pass it on to the engineers.
