Artist's Comments: I found that I had to use a pencil to help me put the thing together. I placed the paperclips on the pencil and then put the rubber band around that. Then I slid it towards the tip of the pencil (the pencil has a flat end) and placed the dart at the tip of the pencil and slid everything over to that. I also had the rubber bands about halfway back on the clips, that way they held the post it note in place better! I did use a bigger push pin than what Dale suggested... bigger equals better? LOL!!!!! Thats the tool man coming out of me =)
